• We have two batching plant of capacity 45 CU. MT. & 30 CU. MT. Installed in pune. From which we have delivered 2 Lac CU. MT. Concrete of various grades.
• Producing a full range of concrete like Ordinary Concrete - M10 to M 20, Standard Concrete - M 25 to M 55, Self Compacting Concrete, Coloured Concrete, Fibre - Reinforced Concrete, Pervious Concrete.

We produce different grade of concrete i.e. from M – 7.5 to onward. As we know, ready mix concrete, also known as RMC, is a type of concrete that is manufactured in a batching plant and delivered to construction sites in a ready to use form. It is one of the most commonly used construction materials due to its convenience, quality, and time saving.

The process of producing ready mixed concrete involves combining various ingredients, including cement, aggregates (such as sand and gravel), water, and often additional admixtures or additives. These ingredients are carefully measured and mixed together in specific proportions to achieve the desired concrete properties. We also do custom mixing of RMC

Fully equipped quality control laboratory at both plants. Technical support from Durocrete for QA/QC services Mix Designs are designed and tested thoroughly to yield optimal performance. The constant in-house monitoring of our concrete performance through a regimented concrete sampling program.

With our quality management system comes process control. We have a thorough system of quality control in place at both of our plants. This helps us to identify, document and correct most problems before they reach the field. These procedures are also extended to the calibration and maintenance of all of our batching and testing equipment.

Our batching plants are operated through a fully computerised system to avoid errors in mixing quality.

We are working on government project in PMC & PWD with their approved consulting companies.

• Basically we periodically carry out all the required tests of Raw Materials being used for the preparation of concrete, some of them are as follows:
• Daily: Silt Content of Every Vehicle. Moisture Content. Water absorption. Over/Undersize material of Every Vehicle.
• Weekly: Sieve Analysis for Gradation. Dry Loose Bulk Density.
• Monthly: Impact Value. Crushing Value. Flakiness Elongation.
• Quarterly: Specific Gravity. Third Party testing of all the Raw Materials.
